When you contact us, include the make, model and year, the warning light or message you have seen, and any change in how the car starts or drives. If the issue comes and goes, tell us when it happens. A photograph of the dashboard message can help explain your enquiry.
Talk to the workshopDiagnostics is about understanding the fault. The checks needed depend on the vehicle and symptoms. Ask the team about the proposed diagnostic work, the charge and the time needed before arranging your visit. We do not publish a single price or turnaround time for every fault.
About our workshopOnce the fault has been investigated, discuss the findings and proposed repair with the workshop. Ask what work is recommended, which parts may be needed and when the car can be ready. If you are unsure whether it is safe to drive the car to us, contact us before travelling.
